Shipping/Delivery/In-store Pick Up

Please Note: All wines listed on website are 750 milliliter size unless otherwise noted in description.

In-store Pick Up

If you wish to pick up your order at our store, select the "Pick Up In Store" shipping option during checkout. If you place your order by 5 pm, your order will be complete by 3 pm on the next business day. If you need to pick up your order more quickly than that, please give us a call after placing your order so we can expedite its completion. While we work very hard to ensure that the inventory and vintages available on our website matches what we have in store to fill your order, sometimes errors do occur. If we discover an error while pulling your order for pick up, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to notify you of the discrepancy to discuss how you would like to proceed. If you wish to do curbside pick up for your order, simply call us 980-430-5554 ten or fifteen minutes before you arrive so we can retrieve your order. Then let us know when you arrive and we will walk your order out. Please have your drivers license out to confirm your identity and that you are 21 years or older in order to receive your order. 

 

Delivery

For delivery addresses in the 28203 and 28204 zip codes the delivery fee will be $4.99 with a minimum order of $25.00. Deliveries will be made Tuesday through Friday only. Orders made by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be delivered the following day between 12:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m., or on a day that you request. We do not process orders or make deliveries on store holidays. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time within a 2 hour time window of 12:00-2:00 p.m., 2:00-4:00 p.m., or 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present during the requested time window to receive delivery of purchased alcohol. Please have valid ID ready to present to delivery driver.

Delivery to all other addresses within Charlotte city limits will be $20 with no minimum order. Deliveries will be made Tuesday through Friday business days only. Orders made by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be delivered the following day between 1:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m., or on a day that you request. We do not process orders or make deliveries on store holidays. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time within a 2 hour time window of 1:00-3:00 p.m., 3:00-5:00 p.m. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present during the requested time window to receive delivery of purchased alcohol. Please have valid ID ready to present to delivery driver.

For delivery to addresses outside Charlotte city limits, you must contact us for applicable rates.

If your delivery order is a gift for another individual, please contact us at 980-430-5554. We can prepare a card to be enclosed with the gift. We will also need the gift recipient's phone number to confirm a delivery time. An adult, 21 or over must be present to sign for the delivery.

We ship exclusively through FedEx. An adult over 21 years of age will be required to sign for the package when it arrives. If there is no adult over 21 to sign, the package will not be delivered.
 
Because of the fragile nature of wine, we reserve the right not to ship wine when unfavorable weather conditions, principally heat in the summer, can damage the wine. In such cases we will contact you within three business days to discuss options. We will store your wines at our facility at no charge if it is too hot (or, rarely, too cold), until such time as it is temperate enough to ship.
